Job Summary

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.

Essential Duties

• Ensure tables are bussed, cleared, and cleaned; floors are swept during peak times.
• Transport dishes safely using trays, bus tubs, or carts, following safety procedures.
• Wash dishes, glasses, and pots; clean cooking stations and equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all items and areas.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and maintaining safety standards.
• Follow HACCP standards for presentation, portion control, and temperature maintenance.

Safety and Policies

• Use appropriate protective gear when handling equipment or hot items.
• Wear slip-resistant shoes and use proper lifting techniques.
