Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for a full-time PORTER position.
• Location: Synopsys - 675 Almanor Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Pay Range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure tables are bussed, cleared, cleaned, and floors are swept during peak times and prepped before service.
2. Follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
3. Wash dishes, glasses, and pots; clean cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation standards.
4. Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or in dishwashing machines, ensuring cleanliness.
5. Keep display equipment clean and in compliance with safety standards during meal service.
6. Assist with heavy deliveries and transport items to storage safely.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
8. Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures per HACCP standards.
9. Commit to safety for yourself and others.
10. Abide by company policies, including safe handling of knives, hot pans, and proper footwear.
