• Location: SUMMIT 1 Vanderbilt - 1 Vanderbilt Avenue, New York, NY 10017 Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including all tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures tables are bussed, cleared, cleaned, and floors are swept during peak times and prepped prior to service.
• Follows safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
• Washes dishes, glasses, and pots; cleans cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation standards.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dishes; washes by hand or in dishwashers, ensuring cleanliness.
• Keeps display equipment clean and safe during meal service.
• Assists with heavy deliveries, observing safe lifting standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
• Commits to personal and team safety.
• Follows all company policies, including safety and sanitation protocols.
