We are hiring immediately for a full-time PORTER position.

Location: Arhaus - 51 East Hines Hill Road, Hudson, OH 44236. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure tables are bussed, cleared, cleaned, and floors are swept during peak times and prepped before service.
2. Transport dishes and utensils safely using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
3. Wash dishes, glasses, pots; clean cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation standards.
4. Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or in dishwashers, ensuring cleanliness.
5. Keep display equipment clean and compliant with safety standards during meals.
6. Assist with receiving and transporting heavy deliveries safely.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
8. Follow HACCP standards for presentation, portion control, and temperature maintenance.
9. Commit to safety for yourself and others.
10. Follow all company policies, including safety procedures for handling knives, hot pans, and proper footwear.
