Job Summary

Summary: Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure tables are bussed, cleared, cleaned, and floors are swept during peak times and prepped prior to service.
2. Follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
3. Wash dishes, glasses, and pots; clean cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation and support smooth service flow.
4. Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or in dishwashers, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
5. Keep display equipment clean and debris-free, complying with safety standards.
6. Assist in receiving heavy deliveries and transporting to storage safely.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
8. Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures, following HACCP standards.
9. Commit to personal and team safety.
10. Abide by all company policies, including safety gear use and proper lifting techniques.
