Job Title: Porter

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time PORTER positions at Delta Sky Club MSP - 4300 Glumack Drive, Saint Paul, MN 55111. Online applications are accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure tables are bussed, cleared, cleaned, and floors are swept during peak times and prepped prior to service.
2. Follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
3. Wash dishes, glasses, and pots; clean cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation standards.
4. Scrape and rinse food from dishes; wash by hand or use dishwashing machines, ensuring cleanliness.
5. Keep display equipment clean and compliant with safety standards during meal service.
6. Assist with heavy deliveries from the dock to storage areas, following safe lifting standards.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
8. Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures, following HACCP standards.
9. Commit to personal and others' safety.
10. Adhere to all company policies, including safety and sanitation protocols such as using gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
