• Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures tables are bussed, cleared, and cleaned; floors are swept during peak times and prepped prior to service.
• Follows safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
• Washes dishes, glasses, and pots; cleans cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation standards.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dishes; washes by hand or uses dishwashing machines as appropriate.
• Keeps display equipment clean and safe during meal service.
• Assists with heavy deliveries, observing safety standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures, following HACCP standards.
• Prioritizes safety for oneself and others.
• Follows all company policies, including the use of protective gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
