Lorien Harmony Hall is looking to hire a Porter / Floor Tech to join our existing cleaning staff. As a Floor Technician, you are a vital part of our Environmental Services team, providing daily care to our building while ensuring our residents live in a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily floor care services
• Clean common areas such as bathrooms, lobby, and shared spaces
• Gather and take out garbage
• Restock supplies and manage inventory
• Utilize equipment to scrub, polish flooring, and shampoo carpets
• Adhere to safety and health requirements

Qualifications:

• Full and Part Time Hours available
• Schedule: 6am - 2:30pm
• Availability every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
