Job Summary

Summary: Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensures tables are bussed, cleared, cleaned, and floors are swept during peak service times and prepped prior to service.
2. Follows safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils from the front of the house to the kitchen using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
3. Washes dishes, glasses, and pots; cleans cooking stations and equipment to ensure sanitation and smooth service flow.
4. Scrapes, rinses, and washes dishes by hand or in dishwashers, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
5. Keeps display equipment clean, debris-free, and compliant with safety standards during meal service.
6. Assists with receiving heavy deliveries and transports items safely to storage areas.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
8. Maintains proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
9. Prioritizes personal safety and adheres to all safety policies, including proper handling of knives, hot pans, and slip-resistant shoes.
