Worth Ross Management Company, Inc. is seeking a reliable Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a high-rise residential community.

This role supports interior and exterior common areas and plays an important part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. Key responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining lobbies, hallways, and common spaces, performing sweeping and trash removal, assisting with groundskeeping, supporting valet trash,

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, community spaces, gym, and pool areas.
• Perform routine duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash and recycling removal.
• Assist with groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas and building perimeter.
• Support valet trash and recycling services as scheduled.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Provide courteous, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.

LOCATION: College Station

SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Every other week would work on weekends 4 hours each day (4 hours Saturday, 4 hours Sunday).

PAY RATE: $14 - $14.50 per hour.
