Job summary

EMBREY in Fort Worth is seeking a dedicated Porter for Collection Champions Circle to sustain the cleanliness and overall quality of the property while delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Porter, you will inspect and maintain buildings, grounds and equipment, remove debris, and keep the pool and related systems in good working order. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma (or equivalent) are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position.
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License

Full Time Manual Labor EMS - Collection Champion Circle, Fort Worth, TX, US

Salary Range: $19.00 To $20.00 Hourly

As a Porter, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.
