Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a dedicated Porter for our New Braunfels, TX property. You will help maintain cleanliness and safety across the community, assist with building and grounds upkeep, and ensure amenities—including the pool—are well cared for.

This full-time, hourly role offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative work culture. As part of the EMBREY team, you’ll deliver friendly customer service to residents, support maintenance staff, and uphold our standards of cleanliness and safety

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position.
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License

As a Porter, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.

Qualifications
