Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Porter for Nichols Park in Austin, TX. As a Porter, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service.

Join our property management team to inspect and maintain grounds, buildings and equipment, keep pools in order, and ensure safety and attractiveness across the community. We offer competitive pay and benefits, including healthcare and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
