Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Porter at 52 TEN in Austin, TX to maintain cleanliness and provide exceptional service. You will inspect the property, assist with grounds, buildings, and pool maintenance, and help ensure safety and attractiveness for residents.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position.
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Porterat 52 TEN.

As a Porter, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.

Qualifications
