TRG Management Company, LLLP in Florida is seeking a Porter to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the residential community. You will clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, and common areas, and support exterior spaces for residents and guests.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the flexibility to work weekends or holidays. Prior experience in janitorial or property maintenance is preferred, with a focus on luxury living environments.

Qualifications

• Porter/janitorial/housekeeping experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury residential communities is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties during shift.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and high-touch surfaces.
• Clean and maintain amenity spaces including fitness center, pool deck, lounges, and recreational areas.
• Ensure restrooms and common areas are stocked and maintained.
• Clean glass doors, windows, and entryways as needed.
• Remove trash and debris throughout the property.
• Maintain exterior spaces such as entrances, sidewalks, parking areas and grounds.
• Support safety by reporting hazards and assisting with light maintenance tasks.

This position plays a key role in ensuring that all common areas, amenities, and exterior spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, guests, and prospective residents.Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning & Property MaintenanceMaintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and common areas.Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and high-touch surfaces.Clean and maintain amenity spaces, including the fitness center, pool deck, resident lounges, and recreational areas.Ensure restrooms and common areas are properly stocked and maintained.Clean glass doors, windows, and entryways as needed.Remove trash and debris throughout the property.Exterior & Grounds MaintenanceMaintain cleanliness of building entrances, sidewalks, parking areas, and surrounding grounds.Inspect and clean pet relief areas and dog parks regularly.Remove litter and maintain exterior trash receptacles.Assist with pressure washing and exterior cleaning as directed.Trash & Waste ManagementMonitor and maintain trash rooms and disposal areas.Remove bulk trash and coordinate proper disposal.Ensure trash collection areas remain clean, sanitary, and odor-free.Property Support & SafetyConduct daily inspections of assigned areas and report maintenance concerns.Immediately report safety hazards, property damage, leaks, or equipment malfunctions.Assist the maintenance team with light tasks and property upkeep.Support resident events, furniture setup, and special projects when needed.Follow all safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.Resident ServiceMaintain a professional, courteous, and helpful attitude toward residents and visitors.Respond promptly to cleanliness concerns.Support the property's luxury living standards by ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.QualificationsPrevious porter, janitorial, housekeeping, or property maintenance experience preferred.Experience in luxury residential communities or high-rise buildings is a plus.Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning assignments.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules as needed.Performance ExpectationsMaintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the community.Complete daily cleaning checklists and assigned tasks.Address cleanliness concerns promptly.Ensure amenity areas remain presentable throughout operating hours.Communicate maintenance and safety concerns to management immediately.Contribute to positive resident satisfaction and overall property appearance.Position Goal: Ensure CMPND Miami consistently maintains a clean, safe, and luxury residential environment that meets the expectations of residents, visitors, and ownership.Benefits as a TRGM Employee:Base Salary + Performance Bonus.Medical, dental, vision, legal services, flexible spending account, and commuter benefits.The benefits package includes 100 percent employer-paid life and disability insurance.Employer Matching 401kEmployee Engagement and Wellness programs.Company-paid PTOOpportunities for Professional Development and Tuition Reimbursement.TRG Management is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.We are a Drug-Free Workplace.
