JR1303TRG Management is seeking a Porter for CMPND Miami to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a luxury residential community. You will clean lobbies, hallways, amenities, and exterior spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include trash management, safety compliance, and supporting property upkeep and resident events. Prior porter/housekeeping experience is preferred, with ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work weekends/holidays as needed.

Job Description:The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of the residential community.
