Job summary

JR1303TRG Management is seeking a Porter for CMPND Miami to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a luxury residential community. You will clean lobbies, hallways, amenities, and exterior spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include trash management, safety compliance, and supporting property upkeep and resident events. Prior porter/housekeeping experience is preferred, with ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous porter, janitorial, housekeeping, or property maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury residential communities or high-rise buildings is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, and common areas.
• Clean amenity spaces including the fitness center, pool deck, resident lounges, and recreational areas.
• Remove trash and debris; ensure proper disposal.
• Assist with exterior maintenance and grounds as directed.
• Support resident events and property upkeep.
• Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
