Job summary

TRG Management Company LLLP seeks a motivated maintenance associate to join our property services team. The role emphasizes cleaning, basic maintenance, and upkeep of common areas across our portfolio, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least one year of hands-on maintenance or janitorial experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, surfaces and spaces.
• Replace light bulbs and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Clean rooms, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways and office spaces.
• Transport trash to disposal area.
• Maintain grounds if required.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Replacing light bulbs.
• Cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs and office space.
• Cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Washing walls, ceilings, windows and sills, door panels and woodwork.
• Transporting trash and waste to disposal area and emptying trash and garbage containers.
• Cutting and trimming grass, if required.
• Transporting small equipment or tools on property.

The ideal candidate will possess

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• A minimum of one year hands-on maintenance experience in areas such as cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• The ability to lift and work heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record along with auto insurance required.
