Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a maintenance/janitorial professional to help maintain multiple properties in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on cleaning, light maintenance, and ensuring clean, safe common areas across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license to support property-wide tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year hands-on maintenance/cleaning experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish fixtures, surfaces, and trim.
• Replace light bulbs; clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, and office space.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstery, and draperies.
• Wash walls, ceilings, windows, and woodwork.
• Transport trash to disposal area and empty containers.
• Mow grass if required.
• Move small equipment on property.

This is an excellent opportunity for a goal-oriented, motivated individual who is ready to join a team with room to grow.Essential Functions and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.Replacing light bulbs.Cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs and office space.Cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.Washing walls, ceilings, windows and sills, door panels and woodwork.Transporting trash and waste to disposal area and emptying trash and garbage containers.Cutting and trimming grass, if required.Transporting small equipment or tools on property.The ideal candidate will possess:A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).A minimum of one year hands-on maintenance experience in areas such as cleaning and basic maintenance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.The ability to lift and work heavy equipment.
