Clear Destination Inc. in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Porter to join our maintenance team. The role focuses on cleaning the community models, vacant units, and public areas like the office and clubhouse.

The Porter supports make-readies, keeps the property secure, and assists with housekeeping when needed. A valid driver’s license and on-site availability are required. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active and valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Must be available on notice in event of snow and/or ice and other on-site emergencies.
• Up to one-month related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning apartments after move-out and preparing them for new residents.
• Remove all trash from the grounds of the community daily.
• Sweep sidewalks and driveways on a regular basis.
• Water trees as well as trim grass and shrubs.
• Support the maintenance team with make-readies and lend a hand to housekeeping when necessary.
• Replenish bathroom supplies.
• Replace light bulbs.
• Distribute flyers and letters to residents if necessary.
• Assist in keeping the Maintenance shop clean.
• Responsible for the security of the property at all times.
• Keeping all keys to the property in his/her personal possession and refusing to hand the keys to any unauthorized person.

The Porter’s duties will include:
