Job summary

Park7 Management in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Porter to help maintain our luxury student housing community. You will support work orders, keep grounds neat, and participate in an on-call rotation addressing 24-hour emergencies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Care and upkeep of all rental units, property, and facilities.

• Assisting with turnover; walking units, touch up painting, moving furniture.

Porter Job Summary

We are seeking a Porter to join our team at our luxury student housing community in Bloomington, Indiana. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and integrity of our properties, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for our residents. As a Porter, you will assist with work orders, maintain the grounds, and be part of an on-call rotation to address 24-hour emergencies.

Porter Key Responsibilities

• Care and upkeep of all rental units, property, and facilities.
• Assisting in maintenance situations.
• Assisting with work orders.
• Upkeep of the grounds (Picking up trash on a daily basis)
• Assisting with turnover; walking units, touch up painting, moving furniture, etc.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Porter Key Requirements

• Requires lifting and moving up to 75 pounds when lifting garbage bags as well as when assisting maintenance personnel with essential maintenance tasks.
• Requires frequent bending and/or stooping when removing debris and trash from property units.
• Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.
