Position Summary

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. Primary responsibility is general cleaning of office spaces and building on the property.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Other duties may include General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintain.
• Trash removal, refilling paper goods, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, stock restrooms, clean windows.
• Miscellaneous repairs and maintenance, ensure the doors are lock after hours .
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Must be flexible, adaptable, and willing to thrive in an ever-changing/fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• Ability to travel via personal vehicle or public transportation to various facilities throughout the region.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Able to perform this job safely, without endangering the health or safety of themself or others.

Recommended Education, Training and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent.

GSGLA Employee Requirements

• Comply with state-mandated reporter training
• Attend GSGLA signature events and/or other activities as assigned
