Salary Range: $16.00 To $17.00 Hourly

Location: Grand Reserve Apartments, Tampa, FL

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:0 PM

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or GED required

Experience

• 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred
• Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Skills and Certifications

• Valid Driver's License required
• Competitive base hourly pay, discussed during interview process
• Automatic hourly pay increases every quarter (every 3 months) following your initial 90 days on the job
