Job summary

Richman Property Services in Tampa is seeking a Part-Time Porter to help keep Aurora Apartments clean and welcoming. The role focuses on maintaining grounds, amenities, and common areas, with a customer-service mindset and professional appearance.

Working hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to work independently. A valid driver’s license is required and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related experience preferred.
• Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing is a plus.
