Location: Lexington Reserve, our beautifully maintained 61-unit residential community nestled in Portsmouth, VA

What You'll Do:

• Keep property grounds, common areas, amenities, and buildings clean, safe, and inviting every single day
• Be the eyes and ears of the community, promptly reporting any unusual circumstances or resident concerns
• Represent Richman with a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
• Uphold safety standards and proactively communicate any issues to management
• Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service that makes residents feel valued
• Follow company policies and actively seek opportunities to learn and grow

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required

Experience:

• 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning compounds and pressure washing is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision

Skills & Certifications:

• Valid Driver's License required
