Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. in Joliet, IL is seeking a full-time Porter to help maintain our residential communities and amenities.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour with a benefits package and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months of related experience preferred.
• Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
• Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
• Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
• Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth
