Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Porter at Aspire at Church Street in Norfolk, VA.

You will maintain grounds, amenities, and buildings to uphold curb appeal and safety while serving as the first point of contact for residents and reporting concerns promptly. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing is a bonus.

Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

What You Bring to the Table:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required

Experience:

• 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing is a bonus
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage your time and work independently

Skills & Certifications:

• Valid Driver's License required
