Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time Porter for Grand Reserve Apartments in Tampa, FL. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a focus on maintaining clean grounds, common areas, and buildings while delivering strong resident service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience. A valid driver’s license is required, and experience with cleaning agents or pressure washing is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred.
• Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings.
• Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Uphold safety standards and report issues to management.
