Position Summary

We are seeking a Porter at our luxury student housing community in Tallahassee, Florida. This role is vital in maintaining the quality and safety of our properties, ensuring a comfortable living environment for residents. Responsibilities include assisting with work orders, grounds maintenance, and participating in an on-call rotation for emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all rental units, property, and facilities
