Become a member of the Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF) Facilities team as a Porter! In this well-rounded position, you will work with clients and staff to ensure LVF remains a quality environment. We currently have full-time opportunities at our Bristol & Doylestown locations.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain equipment, building, and grounds, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks
• Keep LVF properties clean
• Provide safe transportation to clients as scheduled

What You’ll Offer

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company vehicle provided)
• Ability to drive a full-sized van
• Competency with computers for work orders and email communication
• Experience in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, cosmetic repairs, painting
• Knowledge of smartphones, email, mapping websites
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Physical ability to perform job duties, with or without accommodations
