Job summary

Propark Mobility in Roseville, CA is hiring Porters for full-time and part-time roles starting immediately. You will perform cleaning duties, manage checklists, assist with safety and security of equipment, and support site operations.

Pay rate is $19.00 per hour with shifts available mornings and evenings, Monday through Friday. Applicants should be at least 18, possess a valid driver's license (if applicable), be able to stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, if applicable.
• Energetic, outgoing and able to stand, walk, and lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Great communicator with a friendly, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks per checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor.
• Sweep and pick up around entrances, exits, railings, offices, rest rooms and garage areas.
• Empty all trashcans in the garage, booth, and office.
• Maintain safety and security of company equipment.
• Report safety hazards or policy violations to management promptly.
• Assist with pickup/delivery of winter supplies, sand, salt, fuel, or equipment as needed.
• Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies and request restocks as needed.
• Operate necessary cleaning and maintenance equipment.
• Shovel, plow, or blow snow from ramps per Facility Manager instructions when required.
• Report incidents or violations to local manager promptly.

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Porters for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately.

What we're looking for:

• Perform all cleaning tasks noted on the checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all dirt, dust, litter, and debris are removed from all areas of the facility.
• Sweep and pick up around the entrances and exits to the garage and stairwells, as well as clean surface area rails, etc. on all levels, the booth, the office and rest rooms, as directed.
• Empty all trashcans in the garage, the booth, and the office.
• Responsible for safety and security of company equipment.
• Report any known, observed, or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazard, or any unusual occurrence(s) to the regional and/or account managers in a timelymanner.
• Pick-up and delivery of winter supplies, sand, salt, fuel, power equipment, vehicles, etc., as applicable per location.
• Maintain an inventory of janitorial supplies and submit requests to re-stock supplies as needed.
• Operatenecessary equipment for cleaning and maintaining thefacility.
• Shovel, plow, or blow snow from the entrance or exit ramps and in areas designated by the Facility Managerif and whenneeded.
• Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to the local manager in a timely manner.
