Job summary

Propark Mobility in Nashville, TN is recruiting a Valet Supervisor to lead front-line staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations at our parking facilities.

The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, a pay rate of $17.00–$18.00 per hour plus cash tips, and opportunities for growth. Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, with emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Able to perform valet, attendant or cashier duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to promote teamwork and a customer service environment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints; assist with accident/incident reports.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff.
• Maintain equipment, uniforms, and supplies; catalog items as needed.
• Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs; identify discrepancies.
• Maintain log of field bank transactions, uniforms, and parking violators.
• Monitor cleanliness and report safety or maintenance issues to local management.
• Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed.

Must Haves

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
• You have at least one year of related parking and/or customer service experience.
• You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry.
• You are a roll-up-the-sleeves, get stuff done type of person that is organized, honest and thoughtful.
• Your friends describe you as trustworthy, loyal and dependable.
• You are self-sufficient, resourceful, collaborative and decisive.
