Job summary

Propark Mobility in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Valet Supervisor to lead staff, manage daily operations, and ensure top-notch customer service at busy parking facilities.

The role offers a blend of full-time and part-time shifts with compensation of $21.00–$22.50 per hour plus cash tips. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be 18 or older. Apply to join a team that promotes internal growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
• You have at least one year of related parking and/or customer service experience.
• You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry.
• You are a roll-up-the-sleeves, get stuff done type of person that is organized, honest and thoughtful.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to promote teamwork and exceptional customer service.
• Respond to inquiries and assist with incident reports and handling complaints.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff.
• Maintain equipment, uniforms and supplies catalog for local management.
• Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain log of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parking violators as applicable.
• Monitor cleanliness and safety at the assigned facilities and report issues to local management.
• Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed.

• Monday, Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm
• Tuesday, Thurs, Friday 10:30am to 7:00pm

Must Have: 2 Years Drivers License

What we're looking for:

• Help motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer serviceenvironment.
