Job summary

Propark Mobility in San Diego, CA is seeking a Shuttle Driver - Hotel. You will safely drive shuttle bus passengers to and from the hotel, greet travelers, assist with baggage, and maintain a courteous, professional demeanor.

This full-time role requires valid driving credentials, a clean two-way radio communication with dispatch, and adherence to DOT standards. You will perform pre/post trip inspections, monitor traffic and weather, report incidents, and ensure safe operation.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Minimum of two years licensed driving experience.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical exam.
• Ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently.
• Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive shuttle bus passengers to and from the hotel.
• Greet passengers and assist with baggage loading and unloading.
• Operate vehicle safely and record any issues on the appropriate forms.
• Communicate with dispatch using two-way radio to coordinate routes, arrivals, and delays.
• Conduct pre/post trip inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Monitor traffic and weather, notifying dispatch of potential problems.
• Report accidents or safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treat customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.

Shuttle Driver - Hotel

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour plus cash tip$!

Job Type: Full-time

Location: San Diego, CA

Shift & Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am-4:30pm)

Must Have: 3 Years Drivers License

What we're looking for:

• You will safely drive shuttle bus passengers to and from the hotel.
• You will cheerfully greet passengers and provide assistance with baggage loading and unloading.
• You will always take care to operate the vehicle in a safe manner and will record any issues with the vehcile on the appropriate forms.
• You will Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Must Haves

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• Experience driving shuttle bus or commercial vehicles preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License
• Minimum of two years licensed driving experience.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical exam.
