Carlo’s Bakery in New York is seeking a Porter/Bakery Cleaner to maintain cleanliness across front and back of house, ensuring safe, efficient operations for bakers and decorators.

You will follow the cleaning schedule, wash equipment, mop floors, replenish supplies, and support a fast-paced team in a world-renowned bakery known for its craftsmanship and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep front of house and back of house area safe and clean.
• Clean pots and pans to ensure readiness for bakers/cake decorators.
• Wash and disinfect appliances, display case, work surfaces, floors, walls.
• Mop and take out trash.
• Ensure cleaning schedule is completed.
• Replenish cleaning materials, soap, paper towels and toilet paper.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
