Job summary

The W Group is hiring a Porter to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the facility in a busy Assisted Living environment. You will support maintenance tasks, monitor doors and fixtures, and assist with daily operations to ensure a safe, comfortable living space for residents.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with residents with respect and dignity.
• Ability to multi task.
• Prior experience as Porter/Housekeeper in an Assisted Living Facility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general cleanliness and sanitation of the facility.
• Periodically tour facility and grounds, check doors, windows, and ensure proper working order.
• Report unusual conditions or malfunctions in heating, plumbing, and electrical systems to the Maintenance Director.
• Log communications and incidents in the communication log.
• Perform other duties as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the general cleanliness and sanitation of the facility
• Periodically tours facility and grounds, examine doors, windows, and ensure proper working order
• Reports any unusual conditions or malfunction of heating, plumbing, and electrical systems or any other incidents to the Maintenance Director
• Reports in communication log and to manage any incidents
• Other duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
