Responsibilities

• Keep common areas, hallways, lobbies, and grounds clean, sanitized, and well maintained.
• Remove trash and recycling, and keep supply areas stocked and organized.
• Walk the building and grounds regularly to check doors, windows, lighting, and fixtures.
• Report any heating, plumbing, electrical, or safety issues to the Maintenance Director right away.
• Document incidents and observations in the communication log.
• Assist with setup for resident activities, moves, and special events.
• Follow all infection control and safety procedures.
• Support the team with other duties as needed.
