Article Student Living is seeking a Porter to join our maintenance team in a full-time role dedicated to maintaining the upkeep, cleanliness, and appearance of our community. The role involves ensuring our high standards for grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal are met, with responsibilities varying daily based on community needs.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborate with other maintenance and property staff.

Responsibilities

1. Assist residents and serve as a helpful resource
2. Support the maintenance team in daily tasks
3. Conduct daily on-site trash collection
4. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
5. Propose ideas for property improvements
