We are looking for a Porter to join our Maintenance Department. We have an opening at one of our premiere apartment communities in Las Vegas with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high‑quality lifestyle for their residents.

Position Requirements

• Primary focus is maintaining the overall appearance of the community.
• Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Finish work (painting, cleaning, caulking, etc.).
• Maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities.
• Policing the ground and parking areas. Painting curbs and parking lot striping.
• Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting.
• Assisting the maintenance staff upon request.
• Strong cleaning skills a must! You will primarily be outside 85 % of the day.
• Pre‑employment background check and drug testing required. Working weekends will be mandatory.
• HVAC and CPO certification is a plus.

Salary

$16/hr
