Job summary

Ovation, a family-owned real estate firm in Las Vegas, is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for its maintenance department across our premiere apartment communities.

The role requires one year of experience with a professional apartment management firm or equivalent, performing basic upkeep, grounds and common-area maintenance, and assisting senior staff. Weekend shifts are mandatory; compensation starts at $18.00/hour, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• One year with professional apartment management firm or equivalent experience.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the community
• Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities
• Policing the grounds and parking areas
• Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting
• Assist maintenance staff upon request
• Pre-employment background check and drug testing required.
• Working weekends will be mandatory.

We have multiple openings in multiple locations in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin at one of our premiere apartment communities with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician I in our Maintenance Department.

Schedule

• 8-hour shift
• Weekends required, both Saturday and Sunday

Salary

$18.00/hour
