Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) is seeking a reliable Full-Time Porter to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of a multifamily community in Garland, Texas. You will ensure common areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities include cleaning hallways and parking areas, collecting trash, assisting with turnovers, and reporting hazards. Prior experience is preferred, with emphasis on reliability, detail, and physical stamina.

Qualifications
