Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Porter for Napleton Elmhurst Acura/KIA. The role focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and ready appearance of vehicles, and transporting vehicles and customers as needed.

Responsibilities include keeping the lot neat, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair. We offer benefits and opportunities within a large automotive group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle machinery safely.
• Ability to drive a manual and automatic transmission.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to operate an automobile.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly per standards.
• Transport customers and dealership personnel.
• Assist with customer deliveries.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and in good repair on lot/showroom.
• Pickup and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships.
• Assist with weather-related cleanup.
• Build and grounds maintenance. Other projects may be assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Sales/Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed
• Assisting with customer deliveries
• Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
• Picking up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships
• Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary
• Building and grounds maintenance as neededOther functions and special projects may be assigned

Job Requirements:
