Position: Maintenance Porter

Location: Bexley Sugarloaf

Pay: Starting at $17/hr plus quarterly bonuses.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

Job Duties:

• Daily grounds cleanup
• Exterior maintenance such as painting curbs, pressure washing buildings, sweeping parking areas
• Cleaning of the clubhouse and property amenities
• Pool maintenance
• Preventative maintenance

Experience in residential maintenance, janitorial, housekeeping, or groundskeeping is a plus.
