Weinstein Properties is seeking a motivated Maintenance Porter to assist with property upkeep, cleaning amenities and breezeways, pool maintenance, and general repairs.

Location: Bexley Summerhill

Pay: Starting at $17/hr plus quarterly bonuses

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Job Duties Include:

1. Daily grounds cleanup
2. Exterior maintenance: painting curbs, pressure washing buildings, sweeping parking areas
3. Cleaning clubhouse and property amenities
4. Pool cleaning and maintenance
5. Preventative maintenance

Experience in residential maintenance, janitorial, housekeeping, or groundskeeping is a plus.
