Job Opportunity: Maintenance Porter at Weinstein Properties

We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Porter to join our team at Bexley Chamblee. Weinstein Properties is a reputable property management company with over 70 years of experience, managing more than 21,000 apartments across Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia.

Responsibilities include:

1. Daily grounds cleanup
2. Exterior maintenance such as painting curbs, pressure washing buildings, and sweeping parking areas
3. Cleaning of the clubhouse and property amenities
4. Maintaining the swimming pool
5. Performing preventative maintenance

This full-time position offers a schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with a starting pay of $17/hr plus quarterly bonuses.
