Job summary

Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Course in Aurora, CO, part of Troon, is seeking a Part-Time Porter to support banquets, events, and day-to-day operations. You will assist with setting up tables, chairs and AV equipment, help open and close the facility, and work closely with the Clubhouse Manager and events team.

Responsibilities

• Work with managers on scheduled banquets, activities, and events.
• Set up and break down tables, chairs, furniture, and AV equipment for banquets, activities, and events (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Ensure AV equipment is available, set up, and checked prior to start time.
• Open and close the building, including some early mornings.
• Store and secure equipment following events.
• Follow written and oral directions and work independently or with others.
• Hospitality, clubhouse, or hotel experience preferred but not necessary.

Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Course, located in Aurora, CO, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part‑Time Porter. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality‑focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

$20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Work with the Clubhouse Manager, Social Events Manager, and Banquet Manager on scheduled banquets, activities, and events.
• Set up and break down tables, chairs, furniture, and audio‑visual equipment for banquets, activities, and events (requires lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Ensure technical and AV equipment used for scheduled banquets, activities or events is available, set up, and checked prior to start time.
• Open and close the building, including some early mornings.
• Properly store and secure equipment following a banquet, activity, or event.
• Follow written and oral directions such as room diagrams; work independently as well as with other team members.
• Hospitality, clubhouse, or hotel experience preferred but not necessary.
