Job summary

Bella Ridge Golf Club in Johnstown, CO is seeking a Part-Time Bartender to join a fast-paced hospitality team. You will stock, mix and serve beverages, assist in inventory control, and ensure compliance with state liquor laws while delivering guest-focused service.

• Stocks the bar, mixes and serves beverages; assists in inventory and cost control.
• Maintains inventory and communicates needs to management.
• Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and procedures.
• Communicates guest requests to the Department Manager.
• Performs opening/closing duties including inventory, cash control, and restocking.
• Uses POS system to process checks and cash transactions.
• Reviews banquet schedules and serves at catered events.
• Occasionally serves meals to guests.
• Adheres to safe work practices; performs other duties as required.

Bella Ridge Golf Club, located in Johnstown, CO, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Bartender! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality‑focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour plus tips.

Key Responsibilities

• Stocks the bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory, and maintaining inventory records
• Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products and communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed
• Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by management
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager
• Performs opening and closing duties that include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking
• Accountable for checks and cash transactions; utilizes the Point of Sale system
• Reviews banquet schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events
• Serves catered parties from service or portable bars
• Occasionally serves meals to guests
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year of bartending experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol

Other Qualifications

• Possesses knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties
• Alcohol Awareness Training
