Hornblower Group, City Experiences division, is seeking a Port Ambassador to drive on-site ticket and merchandise sales. The role focuses on engaging guests, presenting products clearly, and optimizing revenue at the ticket booth within busy waterfront areas.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be able to handle cash, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. This on-site position offers an exciting opportunity in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a direct selling role.
• Previous sales experience is preferred, especially in a B2C setting.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generates walk-up sales at the ticket booth and surrounding high-traffic areas.
• Persuades guests to purchase tickets and merchandise.
• Maintains a high level of customer engagement and composure to close sales.
• Reports sales after shift for commission processing.
• Assists in presenting and merchandising at the ticket booth to attract customers.
