Job summary

Hornblower Corp is seeking friendly Guest Service Agents to serve at our Ceiba, Vieques, and Culebra waterfront terminals. You will greet passengers, answer questions, sell tickets, and help manage queues while promoting our mobile ticketing app.

You will handle cash and card sales, provide accurate information on routes and schedules, and coordinate with other teams to communicate delays or issues. The role requires standing for long periods and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in ferry, transit, hospitality, or attraction industry preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail or visitor services is a plus.
• Position requires working on the Ceiba, Vieques, and Culebra waterfront.

Responsibilities

• Sell ferry tickets by cash or credit card.
• Assist passengers, answer questions, and manage queues.
• Promote the Mobile Ticketing App and ferry services.
• Make announcements to waiting passengers.
• Stand for long periods and work outdoors in all weather.
• Communicate delays or passenger complaints to managers.
• Maintain accurate cash counts and deposits.
• Manning the ticket window during hours of operation.
• Ensure passengers have correct tickets and directions onboard.
