Hornblower Group is seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide outstanding service at ticketing and boarding locations along the waterfront. You will be trained on City Experiences products and be ready to upsell experiences while guiding guests with schedules, directions, and safety protocols.

The role requires flexibility to work indoors in ticket booths and outdoors greeting guests, with availability for nights, weekends, and major holidays. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Formación

• Interest in learning all aspects of customer service and sales.
• Knowledge of Waterfront area for directions to area restaurants and attractions.
• Strong customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Availability for nights, weekends and major holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service at ticket booths and boarding locations.
• Well versed on all City Experiences’ products; up-sell and cross-promote experiences.
• Communicate cruise offerings, schedules, availability, and directions.
• Maintain composure in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Understand Anchor, City Experiences’ Reservation platform and Dock Access.
• Provide directions to points of interest in the area.
• Familiarize with third-party partner tickets and redemption processes.
• Inform guests about safety protocols at ticket purchase and boarding.
• Follow procedures for equipment checkout and cash/card transactions.
• Work indoors at booths and outdoors greeting guests at boarding locations.
